Turnip Salad

A bunch of small turnips was sold for 100 yen, so I used the leaves as a dressing and the turnips as a salad.



The turnips were small, so cut them into 4~6 pieces.





The dressing is



★ Unsweetened yogurt 150ml
★SAFIR Lemon 30ml
★ 10ml mayonnaise
★ Mint Seaweed Salt to taste



ポリポリと食感も良く美味しい。



農薬のエグミが無いSAFIRレモンフレーバーオリーブオイルと



ミントシーウィード塩は必須です。
